Transport tanks
Beckox fabricates transport and mobile tanks for moving process liquids around site — baffled against surge, framed for forklift or castor movement, and sealed so the contents stay where they should.
Moving liquid is its own problem
A tank that travels needs things a static tank never thinks about: internal baffles to kill surge, secure lids and vents that seal in transit, lifting and forklift points that carry a live load, and wall thicknesses that tolerate handling. We build transport tanks around how they will actually be moved — pallet truck, forklift, castors or vehicle — and around what they carry.
- Baffled tanks for surge control in transit
- Forklift channels, castor frames and lifting points
- Sealed lids, vents and quick couplings
- Chemical-resistant construction matched to the contents
Typical duties
Moving spent process solution to effluent treatment, ferrying make-up chemistry from stores to the line, collecting rinse water for recovery, or carrying product between buildings on a shared site. Each duty sets its own details — a tank that meets a public road is a different design conversation from one that crosses a yard — and we build to how and where the tank will actually travel. Repairs are part of the work too: a cracked mobile tank can usually be rewelded rather than replaced.
