Pipework & controls
Beckox installs chemical-resistant process pipework as complete working systems — pipe runs, actuated and manual valves, pump sets, filtration and the control panels that run them.
The system between the tanks
Tanks and scrubbers only work when the pipework between them does. We run thermoplastic pipework for transfer, dosing, filtration and drainage duties: solvent-welded and fusion-welded joints as the material dictates, properly supported and free-draining.
Where a process needs sequencing — filling, heating, dosing, transfer — we supply pump sets, actuated valves, level and temperature instrumentation and the control panel to run them, wired and tested with the module it serves. The close-up photographs on this page are typical of the standard of pipework that leaves our works.

Why plastic pipework, done properly, lasts
Thermoplastic pipe does not rust, scale or need painting, and its smooth bore stays smooth for life. What kills plastic pipework is poor installation — unsupported spans that sag, rigid runs with no allowance for thermal movement, and joints made badly. Our runs are supported and anchored to the material's rules, not steel's, with expansion accounted for and every joint made by people who weld plastic all day. That is the difference between a system that quietly works for decades and one that weeps at every fitting.
